From the time of its inception, Toshmati’s has impacted the lives of over 100 people by helping them earn a living and reintegrating them into society.
To achieve this, Toshmati’s focuses on education, rehabilitation and vocational training and placement for PWDs population.
According to the Census Report of 2011, there are 26.8 million people in India who have some form of disability, of which only a small percentage are economically independent.
Toshmatis is not just a organisation for me. It is a way of expressing my gratitude to the society that has given me so much love and respect. I have always felt that it is my duty to give back to society. While setting up the organisation I met a lot of people who shared my vision of disabled community.
I am glad that these people are now part of my team and they treat this foundation as their own. They are proactive people with great will and an unparalleled dedication towards society sharing my responsibilities and working for the betterment of disabled community. Without their support, we wouldn’t have been successful in changing so many lives.
I am proud of the fact that today Toshmatis Educational Trust is not just ensuring education for the disabled students but it is also empowering many young lives. Our organisation is enabling sudents with special needs to support their families and is ensuring that there are proper education, training and rehabilitation facilities for every individual.
We have planned to provide healthcare to the underprivileged and take care of our elders and differently abled. We have achieved a lot till date, but our mission will not be complete till the time we see all faces around us smiling and ensure that nobody loses the courage to fight the adversities of life.

The power of management of the organization is vested with the Executive Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Bye-Law of Toshmati Parua Educational Trust. The Executive Committee is elected by the General Body every three years.
